REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund Eligibility
You may try our mouthpiece for 30 nights. If it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To request a refund, contact us at support@quietlab.com and provide your order details and proof of purchase.
Please wait for our confirmation before returning your product. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
After your request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. QuietLab does not charge additional restocking fees for approved refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may contact us to cancel your order provided that the tracking status has not changed to "package shipped."
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Site, including trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to QuietLab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
